It holds 200ml — three servings of Gel Mix, 90g of carbs — and the whole thing weighs 18.5g empty. Prepare your gels at home and pour them in, or mix directly in the flask and head out the door. Either way, you're not generating a fistful of foil wrappers.
On the move, it's one-handed. Flip the lid. Squeeze. Sip. Close. The one-way silicone valve and flow-regulating nozzle keep things tidy — gel comes out when you want it and stays put when you don't. No dripping. No sticky fingers. No emergency gel hand at the aid station.
